Passover Cooking Instructions
Matzo Ball Soup
Heat on stovetop, stir frequently until hot.
Latkes
Pre-heat oven to 375° (convection) or 400° (regular)
Place on cookie sheet on the middle rack for 10-12 minutes until they are hot and crisp
Matzagna
Pre-heat oven to 375° (convection) or 400° (regular)
Cover with aluminum foil (smaller serving), keep aluminum top on (family size)
Cook on middle rack for 30-35 minutes, removed aluminum cover and continue heating for 10 minutes
Remove from oven, let sit 5-10 minutes, cut and serve
