Full-Time | Tuesday–Saturday | Sales-Focused Leadership Role
We are seeking an experienced Shift Lead to own lunch service at Frida’s. This is a working leadership role; you will run lunch alone on slower days and carry a section while overseeing the floor with an SA on busy days, building the schedule, and driving lunch performance. This role is for someone competitive, organized, and confident running a dining room independently.
This is not a passive senior server position. This role owns lunch.

What You’ll Do: Floor Leadership
- Maintain strong pace between FOH and BOH
- Protect service and cleanliness standards
- Resolve guest issues with professionalism
- Run weekday lunch service independently
- Lead additional staff on peak days
- Drive check average and beverage attachment
- Lead focused, intentional pre-shift meetings
- Maintain strong personal sales performance
- Support structured lunch growth initiatives
- Build and manage the FOH schedule
- Train and onboard new hires
- Complete daily shift reports
- Communicate with evening leadership
- Coordinate inventory needs with bar manager
- Handle light operational tasks (menu updates, printing, POS updates)
- Hold staff accountable
- Address performance issues directly
- Issue write-ups and send staff home when necessary
- Minimum 3 years restaurant leadership experience
- 5+ years serving experience
- Experience building schedules
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable with POS systems and basic technology
- Calm, direct, and solutions-oriented
