Cooking Instructions
If you have purchased prepared meals from us, below are the cooking instructions.
Reminder: all cooking devices are different – these are approximate times for a non-convection oven; your oven may vary. Convection ovens and air fryers will shorten the times.
July 4th Items:
BBQ Beef / Steak Tacos: heat beef or steak in oven or on stovetop, medium heat, turning frequently
Hotdogs: make them how you like, grill, stovetop or boil
Buns: Toasting them makes them amazing
Mac-n-Cheese: Heat in saucepan on low, stirring frequently until hot. You can also enjoy cold.
Burgers
Heat skillet to medium low, after flipping time will be a little shorter
Spray a little oil in your pan

Sides
Skinny Fries®:
Put oven on high broil (alternative: air fryer – will take less time)
Place fries on parchment or aluminum lined sheet tray
Cook 6 -7.5 minutes / toss half way to evenly cook

Buffalo Potatoes
Put oven on high broil (alternative: air fryer – will take less time)
Place potatoes on parchment or aluminum lined sheet tray
Cook 5 -6.5 minutes / toss half way to evenly cook
Remove from oven, toss in extra sauce
Brussels Sprouts
Pre-heat oven to 375° (alternative: air fryer – will take less time)
Place Brussels sprouts & tomato on parchment or aluminum lined sheet tray
Cook until hot, approximately 12-14 minutes
Remove from oven, place on plate, drizzle balsamic on top
Pretzel Bites
Pre-heat oven to 400° (alternative: air fryer – will take less time)
Place bites on sheet tray
Cook until hot and soft, approximately 10 minutes
Mac-n-Cheese
Heat in saucepan on low, stirring frequently until hot
Pizzas
Pre-heat oven to 400°
Place on rack or pizza pan and heat approximately 13-16 minutes minutes or until crust is brown to your liking and the cheese is melted (vegan cheese softens, it will not look melted and will not brown – don’t worry, it has nice stretch)
Skinny Pizza
Pre-heat oven to 425°
Place pizza on crisping pan, pizza pan or cookie sheet and cook on middle rack for 9-12 minutes. Convection oven will be faster.
While pizza is cooking. Toss arugula & lemon juice together. Top pizza with arugula, drizzle 18 year balsamic on top.
Lentil Loaf
Heat skillet to medium, place loaf slices on skillet for approximately 3 minutes, flip. Remove when finished. Place broccoli in skillet, add 1/2 oz water and cover to steam broccoli.
Heat potatoes in sauce pan.
Plate & Enjoy!
Shepherd's Pie
Pre-heat oven to 400°. Place pie slice on parchment on sheet pan. Heat for 10-14 minutes until warm. Reheat broccoli in medium- hot saucepan (use steaming method - a little water and lid) or microwave until hot.
Burgers
Heat skillet to medium low, after flipping time will be a little shorter
Spray a little oil in your pan
The Taco / Quesadillas
Heat skillet to medium low
Place on hot skillet until hot, approximately 1-2 minutes, flip
Enjoy!

Follow burger instructions or watch our video
You must toast those buns!
Melt your cheese by placing the lid on your skillet
Tamales
Steam in a basket (covered) for 3-4 minutes or microwave.
Puff Pastry (braid / brie)
Pre-heat oven to 400. Keep your pastry in the refrigerator before you cook it; it must be cold. Take cover off of the pan apply the egg wash to the top and sides of your pastry. Bake for 25 - 35 minutes, until brown. Convection ovens be faster.
Sheet Pan Nachos
Pre-heat oven to 400. Place toppings on chips, cook for 8 minutes on the middle rack. Remove and garnish with remaining ingredients. You can also watch our video and make it with us!

We know that many of you miss the experience of eating out; we certainly miss having you in the restaurant. To make your experience better, we want you to own that kitchen of yours. Get out your plates, saucers and everything else to make your meal great. Set the table, get out the cloth napkins, light a candle, put on your favorite playlist on and enjoy. You don’t have to worry about your meal getting cold, because you’re heating it up!
Plate your meals. Put a knife in your burger. We’re going to be doing this for a while.
