Our Protocols
Since March 2020, we have implemented strict protocols. While our hours have changed, we have not closed a single day since the pandemic began.
Our Staff:
We conduct temperature and blood oxygen checks every day, upon arrival. Anyone that has a temperature of 99.5+ will not be allowed into our building. Hand washing every 30 minutes, sanitization and face mask protocols are in place. We have dedicated staff members continuously sanitizing throughout the day.
Our Kitchen:
Commercial kitchens are designed ergonomically to reduce movement and increase efficiency. The majority of lines have multiple people working them. Because we are adhering to social distancing requirements, our menu has changed because our lines now only have one cook making hot items, another in a separate room making cold items and some of our prep and production work is done in our dining room to ensure mandated distance and safety.
Incoming Packages / Deliveries
All packages are sanitized before being handled and put away.
Air Purification:
We have invested in UV-C air scrubbers so our air is sanitized and clean. Our bathroom is also outfitted with an air purifier that contains a HEPA filter that captures airborne pollutants as small as 0.3 microns.
UV:
In addition to the above items, we have also invested in large and small UV lights for deep sanitization of surfaces.
Disposable Dinnerware and Single Use Items:
We use a combination of single use items and dinnerware. Those items that are single use are placed in our dedicated composting or recycling bins.
