Where do I park?
Street parking is available on North and South Road and Gannon.
Do you serve alcohol?
Yes, we serve beer and wine.
Are you an organic restaurant?
No, however we purchase organic items as they are available. Some items, like our sprouts, spinach, arugula and quinoa are always organic.
Do you have gluten free options?
Absolutely. Our menu labels all items that are gluten free or what can be modified to be gluten free. If you have celiac disease, please alert your server before placing your order.
Are you a vegan restaurant?
No, we serve dairy and eggs. Over 90% of our menu can be modified to meet the needs of a vegan lifestyle.
Are you kosher?
No, we use small suppliers that are not certified kosher and therefore we cannot obtain kosher certification. This has been confirmed by Rabbi Zaravin.
Are you an allergen-free restaurant?
No, we use nuts, dairy, soy and wheat. If you have any food allergies or sensitivities, please alert your server before placing your order.
Do you carry local products?
Yes, our breads come from Companion, Black Bear and Sweet PIcks bakeries. We use them because they offer the best artisan breads in town that are also preservative free. Other local items include: gluten free breads, raw honey, peanut butter, maple syrup, mushrooms, artisan cheeses, tomatoes, seasonal fruits, vegetables and herbs.
Do you microwave food?
Absolutely not; there is no microwave on premise!
Do you cater?
Yes, we cater small, intimate parties as well as large parties for 150+ people. Please contact Natasha to discuss your needs.
Do you have sugar?
We offer healthier sugar alternatives: raw agave nectar, maple syrup and stevia.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we use GrubGo as our delivery service. You can place your order through them by calling 314.400.7693.
Do you compost?
Absolutely! We use Blue Skies Recycling for all our composting and recycling.
Do you recycle?
Yes! Everything at the deli is either recycled or composted. The only thing we put in a regular trash container is restroom trash.
Your to-go cups are compostable, but I don't compost. What do I do?
These cups can also be recycled as long as your recycling allows #7 items.
